Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 2019 Toyota TUNDRA recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 2019 Toyota TUNDRA problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.

Additional Description: Ale Nishimoto with Motor Trend wroteBlending in with the locals can give you a vastly different perspective on a city than if you were to go full-on tourist, so on a recent trip to Austin, Texas, I asked for a Toyota Tundra for the weekend. Weird choice, you say? Not to Texans. Since 2008, all Toyota Tundra full-size pickups have been built in San Antonio, Texas. Thats a fact Toyota dealers in Texas are very proud of, as every Tundra and Tacoma sold there wears a sticker on the back window patterned after the state flag that says Built Here, Lives Her. You could argue that Austin isnt like the rest of Texas, but it is still in the heart of truck country, so our 2017 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition was right at home in the pickup-dominated landscape. The 1794 Edition might be the most Texan of all Tundra modelsit is named for the year the JLC Ranch, the site of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas, was founded. Like all 1794 Editions, our tester was a CrewMax model with the 5.5-foot bed and came powered by Toyotas 5.7-liter V-8, which produces 381 hp and 401 lb-ft of torque. The 1794 Edition helps justify its MSRP with an interior swathed in soft, smooth leather. The seats, center console, shifter, dash, and door panels are covered in rich-feeling cowhide, which lends a Western look with its saddle-brown color and white contrast stitching. The Tundra is a solid truck. The ride is smooth on the highway, and the interior is mostly quiet except for some noise from the TRD Off-Road packages 275-65R18-size all-terrain tires. The Tundra handles like a smaller vehicle on twisty roads, and it wasnt as difficult to maneuver in the city as you might expect of a full-size pickup. I was definitely glad to have the standard rearview camera and parking sensors when I had to park, though. As flip-up rear seats come, the Tundra 1794 Editions benches are pretty comfy. The leather is soft, and there is plenty of cushioning for long drives. There is also more than enough legroom.Navigation System,Western Grade Package,12 Speakers,AM/FM radio: SiriusXM,CD player,Radio data system,Radio: Entune Premium JBL Audio AM/FM/HD Radio/CD,Air Conditioning,Automatic temperature control,Front dual zone A/C,Rear window defroster,Memory seat,Power driver seat,Power steering,Power windows,Remote keyless entry,Steering wheel memory,Steering wheel mounted audio controls,Speed-sensing steering,Traction control,4-Wheel Disc Brakes,ABS brakes,Dual front impact airbags,Dual front side impact airbags,Front anti-roll bar,Front wheel independent suspension,Knee airbag,Low tire pressure warning,Occupant sensing airbag,Overhead airbag,Brake assist,Electronic Stability Control,Exterior Parking Camera Rear,Auto High-beam Headlights,Delay-off headlights,Front fog lights,Fully automatic headlights,Panic alarm,Security system,Distance pacing cruise control: Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC),Speed control,Auto-dimming door mirrors,Heated door mirrors,Power door mirrors,Rear step bumper,Turn signal indicator mirrors,Auto-dimming Rear-View mirror,Compass,Driver door bin,Driver vanity mirror,Front reading lights,Garage door transmitter: HomeLink,Illuminated entry,Leather steering wheel,Outside temperature display,Overhead console,Passenger vanity mirror,Rear reading lights,Rear seat center armrest,Tachometer,Telescoping steering wheel,Tilt steering wheel,Trip computer,Voltmeter,Front Bucket Seats,Front Center Armrest,Heated & Ventilated Front Bucket Seats,Heated front seats,Leather Seat Trim (LD),Power passenger seat,Split folding rear seat,Ventilated front seats,Passenger door bin,Wheels: 20" x 8J 6-Spoke Alloy w/Black Accented Spokes,Variably intermittent wipers,4.30 Axle Ratio
